How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
For some products, we deliver in less than a week.
To avoid high storage and labour costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediaries. This allows us to offer you really good prices compared to what you could get in a physical shop.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return postage must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, your items will be left in your post box if they are small enough. If not, your parcel will be left at your local post office where you can collect it.
I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
My order is missing items, where are they?
We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and they will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in 1 package.
How do I apply my promotion code?
Once you have done this, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you will be able to take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount.Example: A promotion is available on the site "Product A purchased, a Product B offered" with the code "PROMO". I select the desired Product A and Product B which corresponds to a predefined selection of items. Both items are in my shopping cart and I can click on the "Checkout" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.
Why doesn't my promo code apply in my basket?
In order to apply your promotion code, you must validate your basket by clicking on "Payment", which will validate your selection. Once you are on the checkout page you can apply your promotion code and a summary will be visible with the updated price.
